"This is a great neighborhood, often overlooked because it is made up of older homes. It's close to downtown and Five Points is less than a mile away. There is an active neighborhood watch and people look after one another. There are great restaurants and shops nearby."

"Don't even think about moving into the Saddletree subdivision and allowing your dogs to bark. There are residents and HOA members who will continue to call Animal Control and the authorities until they make the point that barking dogs are not welcome here."
