Description

Welcome to 1850 E Main St the Gem of the North Winton Village. Prepare to be taken back to a bygone era of craftsmanship and.....

Ok ok, aren't we all sick of the tacky Zillow home descriptions? Here's what you really need to know - no cap.

--The house is a two unit duplex - each unit is 2 Beds / 1 Bath
--The pics show both units
-- It comes fully furnished. Like really. Bedlinens. Towels. Tupperware. All the pots and pans you may never use (don't worry theres nice plates and silverware too to put your uber eats order on)
-- Completely renovated (quite nicely I might add)
-- All utilities, including highspeed internet are included
-- Free laundry in the house (cmon, we even bought the Tide pods - who does that?)
-- Dog friendly with fenced in Dog Run in back
-- 30 Day minimum rental

If you think the house is awesome, wait until you meet the award* winning management team who are available around the clock to ensure this is the most insanely convenient home you will ever live in.

Sound good? Think you may want to call it home?

-- Application fee applies for local renters to cover cost of background + credit check (traveling professionals can send proof of contract instead of background check- thus no fee).
-- Use reasonable judgement to determine if the home is a good fit for you financially (but also, don't stress too much, our application does this too to make sure theres still room in the budget for avocado toast if you were to rent!)
-- The bible had ten commandments, we just have 1- be a good neighbor! No parties, blasting T-Swift at odd hours, and no smoking in the house (sorry, the only lavender haze allowed here is on the speakers).

Ready to rumble? Email or text the contact info provided here to get a link to our free meet and greet form. Remember the Jersey shore and the shirt before the shirt? Well this is like the app before the app. BUT its 100% free, and honestly pretty fun, so maybe fill it out even if you aren't that serious.

*Award granted by owners 4 year old niece

All utilities included. Fully furnished. Leases can be 1 - 12 months in length at tenants discretion.

"City school district. Neighborhood feel. Mostly single family homes owned by occupants but there are rental properties as well. "

"my family has lived in the North Winton village for over 16 years. We love it. it's location is great, you can get to all the suburbs in about 15 to 20 mins. But I would never have my child in the city schools. luckily she got into urban suburban in first grade. But I love the neighborhood and people and the shops. Although it has petty crime like people going through cars and packages getting stolen that's about it. "

"You see people walk their dogs all the time in the neighborhood. People are very friendly and we know several dogs and owners just by seeing them out walking (even though we don’t have any dogs)............................"

"We have an annual Planting Day to plant flowers in our tree-lined median. There are many kids on our street and they all play together. We know most of our neighbors on a first name basis and all text each other. Wonderful street to live on!"

"Easy access to 590, 20 mins at most. Streets are well taken care of during winter. Main drags are very busy with constant traffic while the side streets remain quiet. "

"After six expensive years in New York City and Philadelphia, I am thrilled to come back to Rochester to set down my roots in an unbelievably affordable home. The access to main roads and highways is terrific, as is the availability of city buses for only $1 per ride. I can go anywhere on foot, bike or bus in less than a half hour, from my favorite Park Avenue shops to the wonderful farmer's market on Wednesday nights at Blessed Sacrament Church on Monroe Avenue. It is great to find such an active neighborhood association, beautifully-manicured lawns and smiles from everyone I pass on the street!"
