"Unique and eclectic neighborhood with many amenities. Near downtown and the crossroads. Great local restaurants, friendly people, nice neighborhood to walk in. Safe for kids to play. Numerous parks, community centers, a library, community garden, free swimming pool (for kids only). Indoor pool at one community center. Strong sense of community among residents. Very diverse community. People respect each other’s uniqueness."
