It also includes a small one car garage. It is not really child friendly but an infant would work or perhaps a well behaved child. Bring a pack and play though. This bungalow is close to sea life sanctuaries, hospitals, miles of beautiful beaches, and the very popular downtown St. Petersburg. Get to Tampa, Sarasota and Orlando easily and enjoy all this area has to offer. Excellent live theater, concerts, beach hangouts, fine dining and any water sport or activity one can imagine. Two bedrooms, one with a KING Tempur-pedic mattress and the other a Queen Saatva hybrid mattress, including finer linens, and bright natural light. You can enjoy the primary living room with large screen TV, or the other smaller living area with a 2nd large screen TV just off the kitchen and dining area. Two full bathrooms with showers and an extra outdoor shower for removing sand before you enter this comfy, cozy bungalow retreat are some of the amenities you can enjoy here! Come and experience a home away from home.

Little beauty with 2 separate bedrooms, baths and sitting areas. All utilities included including electricity, wi-fi, garbage collection and water. We are strictly no smoking or pets. Our home has easy parking and is steps to the beach. No major highway to cross! We ask that guests shower off sand and apply sunscreen in the outdoor shower area to avoid stress on our furniture and linens - and park shoes at the entrance. This is truly a home away from home and furnished accordingly. Our property is very clean and well cared for. We do a deep clean to get in order for the next guest(s) so we do charge a cleaning fee on top of the deposit. We also ask guests to notify us immediately of ANY problem and we will have it seen to as soon as possible - no need to worry about any repair on the part of the guest(s). This is NOT a party house though small gatherings are not a problem as long as everyone behaves. Any call to the police or complaints by our neighbors will result in IMMEDIATE termination of the lease agreements, loss of security deposit and security will accompany the move out.     "This is both a residential community, primarily condominiums, and a vacation destination area. Lots of what I’d call Mom & Pop motel ops, & larger. No major hotels. Heavily traveled Gulf Blvd splits the community, thus awareness of traffic dangers is advised - use designated crossing points. Bus service is very convenient to Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Pete Beach to the south, with connecting routes. There’s a prominent ‘air of energy’ & activity. There are several small subdivision types areas, but quite expensive with older folks - few children. "

    "Dog walking is more or less limited to sidewalks along a very, very busy street. There are a few nice residential areas, but sidewalk travel to them is required. The upside, most folks are very friendly to the dogs, and will asked to pet. "

    "I purchased our family’s beachfront condo at Redington Shores. Been coming here for thirty years. Local restaurants are great fun, the people are nice, laid back, the beach and sunsets are beyond gorgeous. Too bad the Pier has fallen into disrepair. Hopefully the State will step in and fix it. Love it...stay away..hahaha."
