"Must have your own transportation. nothing is in walking distance. Uber is available. Traffic is pretty heavy in the area too so walking is not recommended. "

"This is a very quiet neighborhood. I've never had any problems in the 4 yrs that I lived there. Most people keep their yards up and the kids are usually in the house after dark. I was very comfortable here!"
