* Smoking inside the house is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
* No parties or events allowed.
* Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied.

"Is a safety area and always have common areas clear and clean. Have many schools and parks near the community. The police patrol is always around. Is near to the Richardson Library and to the Community Center, and to a pediatric clinic and hospitals. Have some child’s care near the community also. Is a great area to live. "

"This is a wonderful neighbhorhood and one of the best schools in the area. Where else can you get such an exemplary school in Richardson for such a great price? Quiet neighborhood, good for walking the dog, big trees for shade, park and playground within walking distance, all sorts of retail and dining close by. And just minutes to Central or George Bush. Love it here in East Richardson."
