"It's a great area except for the increasing petty crime. Lots of package theft. Absolutely cannot have anything delivered and not have it stolen...almost every other door has a note saying do not leave Any packages, yet the Amazon drop box areas are full and to get a PO box there are long waitlists...it is very frustrating."

"I moved to Philadelphia from the United Kingdom just over a year ago. I spent almost two months getting to know various neighborhoods at different times during the day. I was impressed with the “vibe” of Graduate Hospital - people of different ages and ethnicities, young families and people who have lived there for over 30 years. There are shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance and the Marian Anderson rec center that was refurbished through donations from the neighborhood! It’s safe, easy to get almost anywhere in the city. I would highly recommend living here. "
