Townhouse-Living Reimagined!

Discover breathtaking designer style, a flexible, expansive floor plan, and private outdoor space in this stunning four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom single-family home beautifully gut renovated to showcase large gathering spaces and indoor-outdoor enjoyment. Located on East Williamsburg's beloved Orient Avenue — called "a sanctuary" and "a quiet oasis" by its fiercely proud residents — this one-of-a-kind property delivers suburban proportions and livability in the heart of the city.
Inside the 2,880-square-foot contemporary residence, tall ceilings soar over herringbone oak floors, handsome millwork and oversized windows. Enjoy an open living and dining room layout perfect for relaxing alongside a convenient coat closet and a powder room enclosed with distinctive curved walls. In the open gourmet kitchen, custom floor-to-ceiling cabinetry and Taj Mahal leather-finish countertops surround upscale appliances, including a six-burner gas cooktop and French door refrigerator by Bertazzoni, a Fisher & Paykel oven and fully vented range hood, and a dishwasher. Folding glass doors open the main floor completely to a large Ipe deck, creating a seamless extension of the interior living space. Dine alongside an outdoor kitchen and lower patio level, all surrounded by privacy walls and fencing.
A stylish staircase trimmed with wood slats, integrated lighting and a shadow reveal detail invites you to explore the second floor that works as a full-floor owner's retreat with a massive bedroom that easily accommodates a king-size bed and sitting area. Three roomy closets attend to wardrobe needs, and the en suite spa bath impresses with massive marble tiles, a trough vanity, and a wet room-style shower with Phylrich fixtures and a freestanding soaking tub. The smaller bedroom on this level is ideal as a home office or nursery. On the skylit top floor, two spacious secondary bedrooms — one with an en suite bathroom, one with an adjacent bathroom — flank an oversized family room with plenty of space for playroom, media lounge and study areas. Head to the full-height lower level to find even more room to stretch out in the extra-large rec room featuring a wall of custom cabinetry. A separate room with a full bathroom, a closet, and a large laundry closet could easily serve as an additional bedroom suite, a home gym, guest area, or whatever your needs require.
This expertly crafted home includes all-new mechanicals, including new plumbing and electrical. A zoned mini-split HVAC system, new Vistaza low-E windows and spray foam insulation ensure year-round comfort and energy efficiency. Beautiful cedar siding, a new stoop and double entry doors add phenomenal curb appeal to this exceptional Brooklyn showplace.
Lined with trees and townhouses, Orient Avenue is one of the city's shortest and most unique streets, ideally situated where East Williamsburg, Williamsburg and Greenpoint meet. The block-long enclave was known as Doctor's Row in the 1800s and was originally developed with grand Victorian mansions. At one end of the peaceful block, you'll find glorious Cooper Park, featuring a dog run, skate park, sports courts and playgrounds. At the other end of the block, a quaint community garden provides separation from the bustling amenities that await nearby, including shops, restaurants, concert venues and beloved McCarren Park. Three blocks away, the Graham Avenue L train reaches Manhattan in just three stops, while the G train, excellent bus service, CitiBikes and BQE provide easy access to wherever your travels may take you.

Also the city is like 15 minutes ride on the L train which is my closest train station. We have a fresh market at MCcarren park every Saturday morning from 8-2pm. Lots of lots of restaurants and coffee shops..🥰"

"we live by morgan L train station. It is mostly safe and quiet but I’ve heard of a few incidents. People from the neighborhood throw garbage outside the trash bins which I find disrespectful but as we all know some people live in an alternative world. There are nice places to eat and summers are really nice. No parks or any green around as this was an industrial neighborhood but you get used to it."
