Wi-fi connection, office nook, and quiet neighborhood are perfect for remote work or a private lengthy getaway. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. All bedrooms furnished with queen size beds.
Smart TV in main living area, main bedroom, bedroom kitchen nook, and garage. ROKU TV streaming channels available on ROKU App (guests must use their own account for subscription services such as Netflix).
UTILITIES of trash/recycling, internet/wi-fi services are included. Heating is natural gas forced air.
Tenants are responsible for paying the utilities used for electric, and natural gas monthly and city water used which is billed every 2 months. "We have found that this method encourages conservation and allows us to offer this rate in beautiful ASHEVILLE / Swannanoa/ Black Mountain area).
BONUS: Two bay attached garage is Space that can be used for storage of your items instead of paying for storage space off site. There is paved parking space as well.

Small dogs (max of 2) will be considered with non-refundable pet fee and approval. No aggressive breeds allowed. Pet fee non refundable and is $500 for one pet. If 2 small pets the fee is $600. We know your pets are your hearts so please inquire that we might can work with your options).

"I take my adventure cat hiking and on walks. I don’t have a dog. I see a few dogs wandering around. One which is intact. But I also see people walking their dogs at 7am and 3am or even 11pm. "

"I live in beacon village, we have lots of kids running around without much supervision. Loud music for hours in end. It’s affordable though, but not the classiest group"

"No sidewalks, and severe lack of public transportation. Cheaper taxes though, but the “town” could use more “rules” as far as how houses and yards are kept up. "

"Lots of great hiking trails, parks and woods a minutes drive away. 10 minutes from Asheville, Black Mountain and Blue Ridge Parkway. Schools: Artspace Charter, Asheville Christian Academy, Warren Wilson College. Close enough to the city for convenience of nearby entertainment and restaurants, yet far enough away to experience nature in the woods or down at the farm. "
