This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in Charleston's charming Elliotborough is perfect for someone wanting minimal space while still enjoying all that living in the city has to offer! This apartment is located on the second floor of a classic Charleston single home. Walk up the stairs and you are greeted by the spacious porch. This is the perfect place to people watch over tree-lined Bogard Street or enjoy a morning cup of coffee while enjoying the beautiful Charleston weather. Enter through the front door and you are greeted by the light filled, airy space. The living room features a comfortable couch and chair, perfect for lounging or watching a movie on the smart TV. The exposed brick fireplace, while not operational, adds loads of charm to the space. The kitchen is small yet equipped with all of the necessities, including stainless steel appliances, cabinet space, and even seating for three at the kitchen island. Just beyond the living room and separated by the fireplace is the cozy bedroom. Here you will find a full size bed, plenty of closet space, and a desk and chair for all of your work from home needs! The bathroom features a gorgeous tile shower and open shelving for storage. There is also a full size washer/dryer in the apartment.

Parking for one car is provided in the driveway.

*30 day minimum per city regulations. Water, electric, internet and dedicated off-street parking included. Pets can be negotiated with pet fee.

In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $300 upon signing the lease agreement.

The Neighborhood - Cannonborough/Elliotborough:
The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough/Elliotborough district of Downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Chubby Fish, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Goulette, R Kitchen and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery located nearby. We recommend going here for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and the delicious croissants and breakfast sandwiches. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops including antique shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques as well as buzzing restaurants. Publix conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well.

Other things to note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.

Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):
- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th
- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th
- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday
- $50 per person: Saturdays

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.

If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*
