"I’ve purchased my first home years ago & it was different back then. Since then I’ve been a renter and I wouldn’t mind purchasing again in the area or surrounding areas. My children were born & raised up here, the schools were great the teachers as well. The community of people that I’ve met gained familial like relationships is a great feeling…We stick together & raise our children with respect & morals. "I grew up in overbrook park since i was a kid since the 2000’s. Went to Lamberton, always was at the library and over the years just watched how so many things in the neighborhood transformed. It was always safe growing up here because everyone in the neighborhood knew one another and our parents knew eachother. Alot of things changed since but even then the neighborhood is still nice and upkept. I still recommend anyone to live up there.. i plan to move back"
