"Great neighborhood, friendly people reasonably close to stores. High school is not within walking distance as is the local grade school. A big plus is no HOA."

"Most good jobs are out of the county. Luckily, the population of Cumberland county is low so most commutes are on highways with few travelers. Once in a while accidents will close the roads. Most locals know how to get around the problem."

"Neighborhood doesn’t have backyards so you have to take your dogs for a walk a few times a day. Most neighbors are dog friendly and are dog owners. "
