Welcome to our beautiful single-family home with a large dock on lagoon waterfront. Wake up to the water outside your sliding corner bedroom doors! This is a truly magical property for you to relax and enjoy, right in the heart of Silicon Valley, with a beautiful, expansive backyard and dock on the San Mateo lagoon.
About the Back Yard:
Large, terraced backyard with many fun "play" items. All are to be used at your own risk.

Large high-heat built-in propane grill + wood pellet smoker w/ timer (and plenty of wood pellets!). We also have a propane Ooni 16" pizza oven
Nordic dry+steam barrel sauna on the property.
Large deck with couches, a fire pit, dining table and workout equipment.
Expansive dock with deck furniture as well as two Standup Paddleboards (SUPs), one two-person kayak, and three kids' kayaks. We have life jackets available but you agree to use all items at your own risk, and we make no guarantees or representations as to the condition or safety of the items.
Detached casita contains a desk, two desk chairs, external monitor with AppleTV and fold-down Murphy bed
Cornhole, soccer balls, 3 bicycles, basketball hoop, overisize Jenga and Connect 4 and other outdoor games + kids play structure
Short walk or kayak to Parkside aquatic park with playground, beach & grills.

"Actually we live in North East Parkside just south of South Shoreview! The houses were built in 1959-60 and were 3 bedrooms 2 baths around 1200sq ft. The neighborhoods are pretty similar but the south Shoreview home do have larger lots with smaller homes, that are better suited for adding additional housing units! Both neighborhoods share City Parks along with San Francisco Bay with trails and the Lagoon!"

"I absolutely love the Parkside neighborhood! There are plenty of families with children that reside within the neighborhood so you you often see children and their parents riding bikes to/from Joinville Park. NorthEast Parkside has a very active private social network on NextDoor that keeps residents abreast of local events, baby/petsitter recommendations, and the like. An active community that truly cares about one another. Absolutely LOVE it!"
