Large flat smart screen television in the family room and a flat screen in the primary bedroom with cable and internet service included. Both bathrooms have updated vanities, quartz countertops with custom tile shower and backsplash. Primary bedroom has a king bed, large dresser, walk in closet and a balcony. Second bedroom has both a queen bed and an XL twin bed as well as an oversized closet. Kitchen cabinets were just refinished and a beverage bar and an island were added. In addition, the building is well maintained and offers lots of amenities with common areas, club room with kitchen and a pool table, tv social room, extra washer and dryer, pool bathrooms. Secured building entry, 2 (yes 2) assigned covered parking spots, plenty of guest parking, outdoor BBQ station, 2 elevators, clubhouse with kitchenette & billiard table, heated pool, renovated restrooms. Linens, bath and beach towels provided. Nonsmoking condo, no pets. Monthly rent includes cable, water and electric up to $150/mo. Condo application approval is required. Security deposit due after application is approved. 1/2 of rent is due at lease signing, balance due 45 days prior to move in. $250 move out cleaning fee due upon move in. Monthly rent is $5,500 for May through October 31, 2024, $6,000 for November 2024 through April 30th 2025. Monthly rent does not include the 13% sales and tourist tax on leases of less than six months. Please don't fill out the Zillow application. The HOA has their own form.

    "This is both a residential community, primarily condominiums, and a vacation destination area. Lots of what I’d call Mom & Pop motel ops, & larger. No major hotels. Heavily traveled Gulf Blvd splits the community, thus awareness of traffic dangers is advised - use designated crossing points. Bus service is very convenient to Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Pete Beach to the south, with connecting routes. There’s a prominent ‘air of energy’ & activity. There are several small subdivision types areas, but quite expensive with older folks - few children. "

    "Dog walking is more or less limited to sidewalks along a very, very busy street. There are a few nice residential areas, but sidewalk travel to them is required. The upside, most folks are very friendly to the dogs, and will asked to pet. "

    "I purchased our family’s beachfront condo at Redington Shores. Been coming here for thirty years. Local restaurants are great fun, the people are nice, laid back, the beach and sunsets are beyond gorgeous. Too bad the Pier has fallen into disrepair. Hopefully the State will step in and fix it. Love it...stay away..hahaha."
