"Great schools, great downtown with tons of byob restaurants, many operated by top chefs who grew tired of the hectic pace in NYC and moved to the suburbs. Very community-oriented people. It doesn't really get any better. NJ Transit train comes through town, as does Short Line bus. Of course, property tax and real estate values are through the roof, so unless you are wealthy retiring is not a great option here."

My family feels so fortunate to live in this community where kids play outside and walk to school, where block parties abound and neighbors build lifelong friendships and bonds. Add in a vibrant cultural scene, easy commuting options to the city, a fun and vibrant downtown, and you have all the makings of an idyllic community."
