"Great affordable place to live that is close enough to Denver to work and play but far enough to enjoy tranquil country living with great neighbors and low cost of living. Low taxes and big yards. Great neighbors who talk to each other and help out. Solid mix of people from young singles and couples to families with children to retirees. Lots of open space and parks within the community to walk pets or take the kids to playgrounds. Close to growing Prairie Center with most of you shopping needs. Surrounded by mostly new housing so the area is kept up well. "
