"Walking distance to most of what you could need. Sketchy-ish sometimes. Homeless everywhere but you get used to it. Walk away from campus and there’s a nice little park and neighborhoods to walk around. Overall not too bad"

"This neighborhood is perfect for all types of families. It is an open, friendly, and welcoming area. We take regular walks to the park, grocery store, or just for a little exercise.
