I love Jefferson Elementary! It is a wonderful neighborhood school in Stevens Point! The staff is caring and compassionate. Their family activities are the best!

This school is absolutely wonderful. We have attended Madison the past 7 years and our experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is kind, nurturing, flexible and beyond compassionate with all students. These educators truly love your child and go above and beyond to ensure their educational experience is a success. As well, the school has a ton of diversity and it's been heartwarming to see kid embrace it and learn from one another as they grow each year. Not to mention how accepting the staff is and how they ensure ALL kids feel safe and welcomed.

this school is rude disrespectful and racist , staff are under trained do not follow the stevens point school district rules and regulations have no respect for the future of this generation some techers are good most have no clue what they are doing.

AlumniI went to SPASH and really enjoyed my time there. Starting school as a Sophmore I was very dedicated and received lots of attention from the teachers. I felt engaged in the programs and had lots of opportunities to learn. However, when I lost interest in school I began to be ignored by most teachers. Looking back on my years there I feel this is not ideal but understandable. I should say that even at my worst there were one or two teachers who really cared and believed in me. These teachers are at SPASH. There are excellent teachers in almost every department, however there are also some pretty bad ones as well. McAdams, the school's football coach, was particularly atrocious. Overall a good school with lots of options but you get out what you put in at SPASH.
