Amenities included: Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, new kitchen, new bathroom, and front porch. For rental please send a message. We can remove furniture as needed. This is a back unit and can be rented for whole summer 2024 or monthly only between April to September.

Owner pays water, trash, sewer. Tenant responsible for electricity, gas, and internet. No parking space, but plenty of parking space on street.
