"No dog parks. Pretty loud. Feel very closed in recently. I def like north of north way better than south of north. The triangle is way cool. Wells is great for the twenty somethings....almost unbelievable that the community has over 900 dogs and no dog parks. Sad"

"Great family neighborhood and has parks within walking distance. Restaurants are mostly kid friendly"

"Live here. You cannot find a better location to live in the city. 1/2 mile from lake. 2.5 miles from downtown. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants. Great nearby schools, parks."
- Deakinbi

"Be careful, the busy streets bring additional issues for families with Kids, the public transportation is good here, but the buses seem to run relentlessly. Quite a few homeless here as well."

"The neighborhood here does have some characters that make the location less attractive. Better check out the schools here as well. Very good private schools near, public schools are hit and miss."
