7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagecool school, teachers care about you, they are strict but not mean. teachers USUALLY let you make up homework, well atleast Ms.Oliveri does. drama goes around in the classroom, teachers do nothing about those conflicts, dress code policy is unneccesary, they give you appropriate work, homework isn't overwhelming, its reinforcement and review like it should be, and lessons are kinda boring but its better than nothing, the students themselves love tea and drama though.Student Review5mo ago - World Journalism Preparatory: A College Board School

"Compared to other areas Whitestone has larger lots and more single family homes. Most front yards are well kept, and relatively quiet.while bus is needed to get to trains, it is relatively a short ride and to the end stop of the 7 train. There are to a of bused in flushing.
