Unwind on the balcony or the day dock with a glass of wine as the sun sets on the horizon. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you need to enjoy cooking meals. The Laundry facilities are in the unit, which includes a washer and a dryer. Discover numerous golf courses in the area. Cross the River to Laughlin for entertainment, dining, gaming, and shows. Embark on local hiking trails. The condo complex is on the river however the unit is on the highway side so there is some road noise. Ambient sounds or soft music will easily mask it.

If you are interested in a shorter lease period as a snowbird ( 90-120 days) this will be considered at a monthly rent of $2200 which would include up to $250 of utilities, including water, trash, electric, gas, and internet.

You will be responsible for gas and electricity, internet and cable. The rent will include water and trash. The home is fully furnished. The community pool, hot tub, clubhouse, boat dock, and marina are included in the rent. All HOA rules are to be followed. Pets are great, but our furniture is strictly a no-paws zone, including beds and couches. If your furry friend isn't trained in that way, please pass. One Small dog ( 30 lbs or less) is allowed. Additional monthly rent of $45 for a dog. A minimum credit score of 620 is required. You will receive your deposit back within 15 days of the termination of your lease, minus the cleaning fee of $250.00 ( if the home is in the same condition it was received). The minimum lease period is 6 months.

    "I have lived here for the last 30 years. depending on your child's age I feel strongly after dark most children should be home. the ones who can still be safe out after dark should only be of later teen years. Parents need to be more involved in what their children are doing and I don't think any children should be able to be out after dark. "

    "That bullhead offers many many programs for children and seniors. We have lots of great restaurants and beautiful golf courses. We have good police dept., fire dept, great jr college. The city is doing a refacing and refurbishing of many businesses and parks. The Laughlin Ranch area is very nice area. We also, as a bonus have the beautiful Colorado River."

    "the river. rotary park has a decent size skate park for beginners to provramps. this park has it all with three full size tennis court yards. 4-6 soccer,baseball,football and basket ball courts. then to top it off they have three play grounds for the younger kids. and all of this sites along side of the Colorado River. it doesn't get any better than this"
