"neighborhood is very calm, i feel very comfortable walking around at night. It feels sort of like a community. Not very motorcycle friendly though due to most buildings offering only street parking. Which is unassigned & first come first serve. This is a hotspot for motorcycle theft. "

"parking is limited in this area after 7 pm unless available parking in the building which round from 50-100 a month. It's still a good place to live because you have everything you need within 3/4 of a mile inside the isle."
