Description

Anyone wanting to experience life like a local in Steamboat Springs needs to come check out our dual level, 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home, Red Hawk by Vacation Rental Co. The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac near Steamboats ski resort, a very family-oriented neighborhood. In the winter, guests are only minutes from the slopes & right on the free bus route. During summer, guests can ride their mountain, road or gravel bikes from the home to miles of nationally acclaimed gravel/paved roads & epic mountain bike trails. If guests are in Steamboat to work and play, each bedroom in this house has a dedicated workspace with an office chair. In addition, the internet speed averages around 400mbps so is great for video conferencing and gaming. Since Steamboat boasts the title of 'Dog Town USA', we've obliged by allowing dogs to stay also. We could go on and on about the amenities of this home but instead want guests to come experience it for themselves. A few amenities to note are a private hot tub, large garage for cars & outdoor adventure toys, potential trailer parking, multiple living rooms, a gas fireplace, mountain views, 4K TV, Google Home Assistant, a Traeger BBQ grill, etc.

Up to 2 dogs allowed. Owner pays all utilities and snow removal. Monthly professional cleans required at the renters cost. Our professional housekeeping team can provide more frequent housekeeping if requested. First, last and security deposit for 12 month stays. Single month rentals available. Pricing negotiable dependent on time of the year.

"It’s very dog friendly almost anywhere you take your dog but it’s pretty hard to rent with pets, some renters will allow small dogs mostly no cats and no large breed dogs. "

"This is not a pet friendly community. Almost all rental units forbid dogs and most of the home owners here are second home owners and do not actually live here. Therefore, if you are going to live here full time be aware that the city does not like dogs. Though most of the residents here do. "

"We just moved here and we love it. It's close to everything. The "Core Trail" is seconds away, there is a bus stop right here and the Walton Creek is right across the street. We have a dog and it's great to jump on the core trail and walk around with no worries of vehicles. We can even jump on ur bikes and head downtown or up to the ski area. It's the best!"

"This area continues to evolve as a summer and winter pedestrian-friendly neighborhood as well as a resort mecca. Base area planning includes a new waterway along Burgess Creek and summer recreation opportunities in the gondola plaza area. Some of Steamboat's best restaurants are walking distance and the nearby transit area buses will get you to the major supermarkets within five minutes, and downtown in 10."

"This part of Steamboat is up the hill from Soda Creek and out of the main flow of traffic...what little there is anyway. The lots are larger and mostly south-facing, providing great views of Mt. Werner (Storm Mountain). The lack of a true through-road keeps traffic to local access only. This area is a true find."
