"Just saw and did a walk through the property it’s full of trash on this property I personally think it’s over priced for a trash dumping ground just past the trees and the hole property very in leveled in a lot of areas going to need extremely work just to get it some what looking decent nice neighborhood but poor maintained property no kidding "
