"I lived here for 2 years after living in midtown for 9 years. it's cool to have everything Neighbors that don't have a renter mentality. my neighbors speak and minor chit chat from time to time. lawns are kept up. my street is clean. kids play outside. noise is at a desirable level for city living. the golf course is one else block over. police station up the hill on the other side. I feel safe walking at night, riding Marta or driving. I jog through the neighborhood for fitness. never had an issue....maybe sometimes constant dog barking. "
