It has off-street parking in our own private lot and this neighborhood has ample and easy street parking as well. The building is located conveniently to get on the highway to get to the mountains or any other part of Denver you would like to go.

It is near a bus stop and light rail so public transportation is easy. It is also only 2 miles to the center of downtown, so you can walk to Rockies games and all the downtown/LoDo action. It is just a handful of blocks from the Rino arts district and neighborhood, so there are unlimited options for dining and drinking. It is also only about 10 mins to Cherry Creek and 5 minutes from City Park.

Also, the current interior photos are about to be re-taken, most are up to date, but we do have brand new windows and blinds in the bedroom which really brightens it up.

I ride my bike 10 minutes into downtown (less than a mile) or walk, but when I leave to drive somewhere the traffic is pretty light and easy to get around. The lightrail also stops in Whittier so that makes it easy to get other places in Denver as well. Love living here"
