You will have access to the entire home except the garage. There is a shed on the property for storage use. You will have a 6ft privacy fence, outdoor gas grill, patio furniture for 6 and all grilling essential tools will be available. All utilities, trash, internet, lawn care, and maintenance are included.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, all utensils for a meal or for cooking, storage containers for leftovers, bakeware and drinkware. Anything you would need for a fully furnished home.

3 months minimum to 1+ year lease excepted. This fully furnished home includes all utilities, trash and internet. Lawn mowing, home maintenance, leaf removal and gutter cleaning are also included. Small pets up to 20 pounds are permitted. A $250 cleaning fee (non-refundable), $250 pet fee (non-refundable) and a $500 incidental fee (may be returned in partial or full after moving out inspection is completed). All deposits will be due at lease signing along with the 1st rent payment.

One in particular is old, blind, and barks continuously from the moment he is put outside until he is brought back inside... which can be hours and usually begins around 7a. Not the most awesome thing for the person next door who works nights."
