"Mead is awesome! Right next to Longmont and Berthoud but you're out in the country. A mile and half from I25 but you can't see or hear it. Great schools with NO gang or drug problems like the neighboring towns have. NO through traffic as nobody drives through Mead to get anywhere else. They're either coming or going."

"You can tell the people in this community really care about their homes,neighborhoods and people. Polite kids, great schools. Seem to have good values. Lots are huge, so homes are far enough away from each other but still close enough if help is needed. Limited access, active neighborhood watch."
