    "I lived in this neighborhood for 14 years during the late 1980s to near 2000. I moved to another state to keep my job, moving back to WI in 2013, living in another community as I could not find a suitable home for sale in my old West Bend neighborhood. Fortunately, a suitable home became available in 2020 so we bought it and moved back. We really appreciate our new friendly neighbors and the convenience of having medical, retail stores and other services important to us so close to our home, many within walking distance. Neighbors here watch out for each other and extend a helping hand when we ask for it. It is hard to find places like this as my many years of experience demonstrate."

Our immediate neighbors are especially great, always willing to chat and help out if we need or want it. Shopping here is pretty good is the availability of other services at moderate prices."

    "My elderly mother lives in this neighborhood. It's very well-kept, people walk their dogs all of the time, people are friendly and say, "Hello" when you walk by. It's nearby lots of different types of stores and health care centers. The DMV is just down the road. There's on street parking in addition to the parking by the condos. Because it's a cul-de-sac, there is very little traffic."
