Property available for the Memorial Day Weekend and the month of June, July and August to Labor Day. Rental is for full month or longer. Owner will consider 1 small to medium size dog upon their discretion & pet must be current on vaccines. Security deposit, utility deposit, pet cleaning fee & cleaning fee will be needed. Rates for the Summer are as Follows: Available MDW-June $8,500, July - $15,000 / August thru Labor Day $15,000 - Full Summer $35,000

    "Margate is very quiet in the off season, and absolutely 100% tourist town in the summers. So expect it be crowded, VERY CROWDED in the summers. The homes are extremely overpriced, this is not a place younger families are moving into due to the cost of living being so high. Rentals are very difficult. Unless you want a furnished winter rental, as most use their homes in the summer or rent it out for even more money, it is a safe quiet place to live. In the OFF season that is. Definitely a small town where everyone knows your business. If you are middle class do not expect your kids to fit in. It’s more for the rich and older people. "
