There are brand new beds and an adjustable king bed in the master suite on the second level , couches , dinning room, outdoor furniture and fully stocked kitchen , and cotton sheets, pillows , blankets .You are welcome to bring additional furniture of your own however the furnishings in the house remain. You will be responsible for maintaining the property the way you received it both inside and out just like in your own home.Tenant pays gas ,electric and water snow removal .
Landlord will pay landscaping ,and 1cable box and internet .
Use of W/D is included.There is plenty of off street parking and a driveway in front of the garage .
A cleaning lady is provided and paid for by the landlord 2x a month.This is mandatory for the lease terms.
Please note if you have a pet there will be a pet deposit as well.
No Smoking in the house . This will be strictly enforced.

1 month , 3- 6 month or month to month lease that can be renewed. Tenant responsible for utilities and snow removal . House comes Furnished .
