"Sand Key Park across from the Sailing Center has a dog park which is fabulous! Most condos have weight limits, rules, etc. re: pets and curbing in the Blvd."

"This is not a family-friendly community. By that I mean that there are not many young families. Mostly older/retired people. Very quiet community. Most young families you see are vacationing tenants."

"We visit this area every year and hope to retire here some day. The most beautiful beach. Safe and clean. Wonderful restaurants and the boardwalk area is a blast. We particularly enjoy the bands an activities on the beach surrounding the Outback Bowl"

"My review is related to the Sand Key area. It is one of the nicest beaches around. They groom it daily. I stayed in my family's condo in Ultimar which is one of the best properties on the beach. I love walking in the area. Things are very well kept. You need a car to get to all the great bars and restaurants, but the Trolley does go a number of places. Just over the Bellaire Causeway there is a Publix, Walgreens, Panera, and several great restaurants. My favorite one is E & E Steakout --- fantastic food. "
