    "This neighborhood is unique because it’s not too far from shops, restaurants and downtown, but it’s just far enough to where the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Plus a lot of times you can see deers and rabbits in your own backyard and the neighborhood actually very close to a 3 mile nature trail."
