"It’s not the best looking but overall the 20 years I’ve lived here it has dramatically changed for the better and it’s only getting much more safe , it’s still has it’s sketchy points but none really is in danger like before "

"People drive poorly and very fast. Lots of homeless and tagging. Hard to find parking. Neighborly people. Street vendors do pass here everyday. Parks are close by. Stores and restaurants are walking distance."

"We just rescued a dog which abandoned by his owner in our neighborhood. I feel the dog owners are not responsible. They don’t pick after their dogs, and the street is covered with dog poops. "

"It’s a great place to grow up. There is always nice familiar faces around. Except around liquor stores or bars around here. The parks are nice and there is a lot of houses around. "

"Our neighborhood is predominantly Hispanic and a religious one at that. So from October to December we have events that bring several people from the neighborhood to celebrate in prayer first then music and enjoy food at a couple of neighborhoods houses. "
