Description

Newly available basement apartment unit with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a small kitchen. This unit is located on North Elm Street, which is just across the street from the Missouri S&T campus. All of the flooring is tile, there is a walk-in shower, and a front and back door. Double first month's rent will be required before move in date. This means that you must present $1190 in the form of cash or check before you will be able to move in. The $595 deposit is refundable. No pets and no smoking inside of the building. Utilities, trash, and lawn care are included and paid for by the Landlord. Electric is through RMU and Gas is through Ameren. The application fee is $25 per person. Only approved applications will be scheduled for viewings.

The Landlord pays for all utilities and lawn service. No pets and no smoking. Rent is due on or before the 1st of the current month.
