"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 21 years and it’s family oriented have the beach 2 blocks away restaurants and grocery stores plus public transportation steps away AND free trolley service that takes you around the neighborhood to different locations"

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 20 years. It’s safe and quiet. But parking is scarce. Living close to the water is very relaxing. Lots of great free events at the bandshell. 4th of July fireworks are the best. "

"The North Beach District of Miami Beach is a wonderful place to live and work. North Beach is the Northernmost most part of Miami Beach between the 50's to 87th Street1 from the Atlantic Ocean to the east to the Intracoastal Waterway to the west.
