Teachers and admin that care. I choose to send my child here

My students are having a terrible time and dislike all the teachers. The teachers take forever to respond to emails and regularly incorrectly grade assignments. They have also been known to mess with students in petty ways. I would recommend that all parents ask for a transfer to a different school. I recommend Eastside

Throughout my freshman year, I was always bullied and was the one getting the blame for defending myself. It took until my senior year that teachers would start helping because I was more mature and had better communication skills, unlike my freshman year. Not to mention they are now restricting cellphones when they could just teach these kids responsibility, and not allowing kids to go to the bathroom when they absolutely need to. These types of rules make kids uncomfortable and not want to learn, but to survive the day instead.I would also like to point out the school keeps getting a new principal every 2-3 years. I've had 2 principles during my time. Both of them were on their first year as principal or their last year. In addition; at least 30% of students have not met college or career readiness after graduating, that's less than half, but if it's a requirement then every kid must meet those benchmarks.
