"Montezuma Elementary is one of the best schools there are, ignore the rating system it means NOTHING compared to how far the teachers and principal will go to help you and your family. There are plenty of parks and loads of places for children of all ages to play, the community is very friendly and has been very accepting of my neuro divergent son."

"We have lots of runners in the area, families that walk or ride bikes, people that walk their dog and for the most part if you wave a hello you'll get one back. families are established and some go three or four generations back but there's renters and there's ALWAYS kids. "
