"Nolensville is growing rapidly and a recent study predicts the town will double in population during the next 10 years. There is considerable passion by it's residents to manage that growth without losing some of the "small town charm" that we enjoy. Excellent schools and affordable housing are what have drawn most of us here during the last 7 years. A new Elementary, Middle, and High School have been approved for the south side of town and should be ready for students by 2017. "

"This area has all the charm of a small country town coupled with the benefits of the suburbs--restaurants close, great schools, lots of local festivals, etc. It's a short drive to either Cool Springs or Franklin, but far enough away that you don't have to worry about congestion."
