Welcome to 133 Portsmouth Circle! This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, End Unit, Foxton Extended model home on a .2-acre premium corner lot located in the desirable Greenbriar community (Thornbury Township) offers an abundance of space full of natural light. Built in 2002, it offers a turnkey, carefree lifestyle with a lot of recent renewals, while also being in the award-winning West Chester Area School District. The focal point of the main level (with 9’ ceilings) is the modern open concept, with beautiful solid hardwood floor (refinished in 2019) throughout except the kitchen floor with luxury laminate. Sun-drenched spacious living room and dining room with 2 fabulous bay windows, family room with a cozy fireplace, and an eat-in kitchen with breakfast area. The kitchen features newer laminate floors (2018), a beautiful granite countertop (2018), brand-new stainless-steel oven (w/natural gas cooking), dishwasher, and microwave (all in 2024), ample counter space and cabinets, and a convenient pantry. Also, off the kitchen, through the sliding doors, is a large deck with an electronically retractable awning (2020) -- perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Finishing off the main floor is a spacious hall closet and lovely powder room. On the second level you have 4 bedrooms (very few 4-bedroom homes in the entire development). The primary suite offers two walk-in closets, two additional double-door closets, and an ensuite bathroom with upgraded tile floor which includes soaking tub, stall shower, and dual-sink vanity. The second floor offers 3 more large bedrooms, wall-to-wall carpet (2019) throughout, a large laundry room w/ washer/dryer (2019), and the second full hall bathroom with shower tub. The home also includes a large, dry, finished basement w/ wall-to-wall carpet and an additional storage/workshop room. Other recent updates include a new roof (completed July 2023) and the HVAC system (July 2020). A two car-garage with a large driveway allows for up to 5-car off-street parking. There’s more! -> You will also benefit from LOW TAXES and an affordable HOA fee that covers common area maintenance, roof, and gutters, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and trash. The prime location allows you to take advantage of nearby shopping opportunities, restaurants, healthcare complexes, the new Ellis Preserve Town Center in Newtown Square, and major highways for convenient commutes to Philadelphia Airport, Center City, Wilmington, or King of Prussia. Approx. 5 miles from Wawa Septa train station. An added bonus is that you’re just down the street from the trails that connect to Squire Cheyney Farm Park, where you can walk, exercise, and enjoy the outdoors. Come see for yourself, and quickly, because this gem will go extremely fast!

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a student there, i enjoyed it there. Comparatively better than schools in the area. The teachers are generally good. Its really big and has tons of fields for sports. there are a lot of clubs. nothing too out of the ordinary all i can say it was a content experience. I had an IEP, and i would say for me the help was minimal, but i also had minimal needs. my friends did not enjoy some of the special needs teachers and aids. The IEP team and advisors are very involved i would say. classes are good sizes and i had 2 teachers, one no longer works there, who i would say they were subpar but it bonded the class together, but there are some problematic teachers, that being unpopular amongst students. but it builds character and is fun to laugh about it later, and you could make friends out of it.Other Review2y ago - Stetson Middle School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageLet me put 0 stars, please. O used to go here and if you go to this school, you are about to have the worst time. I just, too much relief able to get out of that terrible place. Most if not all classes have teachers that teach you probably going to be the most useless things (Like why I need to know about the mitochondria??) and then they will not put in any effort to help you if you do not understand the topic. The kids at the school will not have a conversation with you without using every word in the profanity dictionary at least twice, including slurs to and race/ethnicity, and lastly for the kids you better not do anything stupid, or you will probably be made fun of for the rest of the year. The principles will probably get you in trouble for the most random and underserved things. One from my experience was me getting sent to the principle because I got attacked by this kid who TRIED TO FREAKING STRANGLE ME. anyways, I'm done typing just because I have that moment back into my head.I HIGHLY recommend not going here.Other Review2mo ago - Penn Wood El School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe love PW! I have a 4th and 2nd grader- both students have attended since kindergarten. There is a warm welcoming feeling to the school fostered by the administration and staff. Time is taken daily to teach character and self-care which is so needed these days! My 4th grader is pulled out daily for gifted instruction in a very small group setting which we both love. The only negative I can think of is this year the 4th and 5th grade classes are 30+ students- this is temporary, the school is adding classes soon and each grade has an additional “floating” teacher to help at crucial times.Parent Review6y ago - Check out schools near 133 Portsmouth Cir.

"Love that it is close to major shopping and food areas. Routes 3,202,1 are all within a 10 minute drive of the neighborhood but it also feels like we are in the middle of the woods. The view from the higher portion of the development is incredible "
