Once the lease start date arrives, the Non-Refundable Reservation Fee is applied to the Lease Admin Fee, Non-Refundable Move-Out Admin Fee, Pet Admin Fee, and then towards first the month's rent.

Rhino is a security deposit insurance product that replaces the need for a traditional security deposit.
