"Busy city life feels. I don't recommend it for families with small children. I'm actually trying to look for a neighborhood where there's a safe park nearby."

"Not enough grassy areas. The neighbors that do walk their animals in rye asphalt have no regard for other resident trash receptacles when disposing of their dogs feces! Our trash can literally stunk for weeks from dog 💩! "

"Disneyland is always at hand. So there are always low wage jobs to be had. Also the tax base is low because the local government Fleeces the tourists and the subsidiary businesses."

"I have lived on this street for 28 years. You can not walk in the evening. We have cars racing down the street 24-7. Too much foot traffic from the school and the busses that travel down the street. People walking by steal from your garage if the door is open. People steal gas from your cars and mess with the cars. They have stolen things from my car. No pet friendly or kid friendly due to the traffic on the street. Since the Summer Wind condos have been built, the neighborhood has gone down hill. Large Disney busses, tour busses , semi trucks travel down this street daily. Gang members walk across the street in one line. No one on the neighborhood speaks English anymore nor does one family live in one house. We are talking about 4 to 6 families living in a house that is 1200 sq ft. or smaller, and too many cars to go along with the too many people. Haveing to pay to park in front of our own house is a joke, but then with all of the others they park in front of your house anyways and they walk 5 houses down the street. If we park on our grass, ticket, but were else can you park to keep your vehicle safe from the vandles. Dont believe the realtor, there are many gangs that suround our neighborhood and one is just down the street in the condos. "
