"It is so easy to live in Mesquite - many pet friendly parks and walking trails throughout the city, small interactive schools, firm city regulations for cleanliness and property maintenance. Only 35 miles to St George, Utah - 80 miles to Las Vegas. Our casinos provide entertainment and nightlife, the city provides outdoor activities, including our wonderful Mesquite Recreation Center with indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Housing is affordable, with many choices of HOA subdivisions, and communities with NO Homeowners Associations at all. Mesquite is also home to Pulte's Sun City Mesquite Active Adult Community for 55 + residents - a good variety of new homes and resales.
