"Great and quiet neighborhood, but it has it's quirks. Great walking, Frankfort Ave and surrounding restaurants and bars are fantastic. houses can be right on top of eachother with no yards. Easy access to Shelbyville Rd as well as downtown. "

"You see people walking all the time and it has lots of shops. There are a few parks in the area where you can take your dog."

"Living right by the waterfront park has many advantages. Waterfront Wednesday is a blast. Riding bicycles or walking to the park is so much fun. New Lu offers many nice places to dine and a few good events every year. Very close to many attractions but just far enough off the path that we don't get much traffic in the area. Many professional people live in the area."
