Parent Review11mo ago - Blanco Vista Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has a track record of neglect and abuse to special needs children. multiple people have pulled their kids and filed complaints. The school lacks communication and responsibility. I have never had the staff respond to calls or emails of concern over incidents, only once when i had to get the police involved did i finally get a reply. They do not prioritize any testing for special needs or kids with mental delays/challenges.Parent Review1mo ago - Check out schools near 129 Alba Ave.

"There are not many dog friendly areas. There is a dog park but it is usually vacant. Dog park does have a big area for your dog to play in though. "

"Dog owners often do not leash their dogs. Lots of college students have dogs run out of their house into the street. Too many dog owners do not pick up after their dog and will leave poop on your yard. Dog park is 5 minutes away: nighttime is the busiest time. "

"I have lived here for over a year and I truly believe it’s one of the best places I’ve ever lived. You can walk into a forest from your house. If I were buying a house here I would feel completely satisfied. The people are very respectful and yet friendly, but not too much. It’s very quiet yet there are plenty of children here. "

Halloween is packed with all kinds of people and it’s so much fun. The park in the neighborhood is always clean and maintained. I love it here!"
