"Always sunny, beautiful mountain views, 20 to 25 minutes to closest ski chair lift. shopping, gas & banks all within 5 mile range.Only 1 hour from international airport, 1day drive to both Seattle & Los angeles. All theses & it feels like its very rural. love it here"

"We have a beautiful view of the Sierra mountains. We are only a 25 minute drive to a Heavenly chair lifts. It's only an hour drive to Reno, 35 minutes to South Lake Tahoe, CA. We do live in the part of underground utilities. Lastly, our lot, & most of the lots near by are an average 1/3 acre size."
