"living near saint Vincent's you have lots of food options from winco to new seasons and lots of shopping options. the price of living though is moronic be prepared to pay for taxes your not sure are real. like to pay for seeing the art they build around downtown or for the rainwater on your driveway"

"10 minutes to downtown Portland, anywhere in Beaverton, Washington Square, etc. Quiet, extremely safe neighborhood where everyone takes care of their home. Great neighborhood park (Mitchell) maintained by Tualatin Hills Park and Rec. Ideal area for families - top notch school district from elementary through high school."
