    "Parks, bike, and walking paths are abundant in the area. The school is walking distance as well as grocery stores, including Walmart. We are located across from Estrella Mountain Community College and are within 2 miles of the Southwest Valley YMCA."

    " You will be close to everything including Downtown Phoenix. Less then 20 minutes, house is next to all major freeways in the area. Great restaurants/bars within walking distance! Tomo's Sushi (best sushi in all the Valley by far!), Buffalo Wild Wings, Italian restaraunt, Indian food, Hawaiian BBQ, Jack in the box, In and Out, Wendy's, Black Angus, Friday's, Macaroni Grill, Apple Bees, Wildflower Bread Co, Freddy's Steak Burgers, Chillis, Salsa Tuscan Grill, Chucky Cheese, Chick Filet, and the list can keep going on! All these restaurants and more are all within a few blocks, less then 2 min from the house! Elementary school is 1/3 block walking distance, literally around the corner from the house. Very close to Westgate. Wigwam resort is 2 miles north, they have spa's and more restaurants. Wigwam also hosts a farmers market every Sunday with organic fresh produce grown by local farmers!"
