Description

There is nothing not to love about this beautifully remodeled, quality home. Brand new roof/gutters, siding, newer furnace / AC, and water heater. The open concept floorpan with a newly landscaped backyard is ideal for entertaining. The kitchen is the focal point of the home - refinished solid wood cabinets, butcher-block counter tops, oversized sink, and new stainless-steel appliances. Brand new refrigerator is also included - peek at it in the heated garage when you come tour! Two full bathrooms have added shelving for a ton of extra storage. New windows and ideal window placement allow for a ton of natural light to flood throughout. Even on a grey Oregon day, this home is still very well-lit. Enjoy being on a quiet street while still being close to everything you need. Oversized driveway can easily support RV parking or extra vehicles. No exaggeration - this is a MUST SEE! "There is a city park for at least every 1.5 square miles and it is surrounded by places to explore and enjoy nature. Such as Powell Butte, Springwater Corridor, Foster Wetlands, Kelly Butte, Johnson Creek and much more. It's a great neighborhood for dogs. Public Transportation is really good."

"House lots are big and dog owners would like the backyard space for their dogs. walking around is quiet, no loose dogs. There are no sidewalks, and that makes safe walking in the street difficult in some areas, ours is a dead end and that’s somewhat better, but sidewalk would be nice, and some side street have them and some don’t."
